Infocentre

Reading, or remembering the information from the books might be difficult, especially if you're doing it improperly.
The proper way isn't to read everything at once and overflow your brain with new information. That way you're going to lose half of it (unless you have good memory).

Go a few books day by day, little by little until you're sure that you know the info well enough.
The important part isn't to remember every single detail, it is to get you to know where the information is, so you don't ask in the chat for help and then you don't get your answer. It's also for getting you familiar with all the possibilities, the things you can think about doing, the power you can get, things you can manage, or things you can make diamonds out off, but at the same time, to find things that are flawed within the system and to make them better.

You can use this system:
1st day: Base, Plugins, General rules
2nd day: General server book, Shops
3rd day: Loans + professions, Great book of Laws
4th day: Loans+ professions, Events and auctions, Courts
5th day: Politics, minigames and maps

And repeat for the ones you don't know until you know the basics..

Another, better alternative is not to just read the books trying to remember them word for word, but rather trying the specific things out for yourself.

Plugins

There are plenty of plugins here, but you only need to know a few.

-Dynmap
In the channel #Server-map.
You will find the spawn buildings by their icons.

-Skinsrestorer
Either look up a tutorial, or use /sr help for the "specific" commands

Base

If you want to build a base, you need to get a little away from spawn, there are a few options:

-Travel by train, which you'll find as soon as you leave this building through the exit straight by the rule board
you will use it to go somewhere further, it goes in all directions, at the end there is a portal to the main part.

-Simply walking (non-efficient)
you will go somewhere very far from the spawn

-Ask if anyone has a spot for a base
(Only if VMD doesn't suit your intelligence)

-Look for a state to live in
*Search on dynmap for either the Land fund, or the particular state and its location

And remember:
-Keep the house as far away as possible, at least according to rule 15.
BUT: Keep them in a box, where the coords are smaller than 50000, and bigger than -50000
(Don't make a base somewhere like: 2530 60 -51000 It will get deleted)

(optional reading):

-When you generate new terrain, custom structures will generate with it
*keep yourself from looting those that you're not prepared for, if you take the risk, don't blame the server for your loss

-The border for the builds in the nether are 25000 x 25000 blocks, the builds over that border will get deleted eventually.
The end gets only 10000 x 10000. The same conditions apply.

General rules

-No stealing
-No destroying
-No cheating
-No lying
-No spawnkilling
-No bank fraud
-Do not show hatred towards anyone here
-No SPAM
-Read the infocentre

The rules are better written in
"The Great Book of Laws",
and best written are in
"Crime and Punishment"
(which is in the prison)

Not knowing the rules (while having the ability to read them) doesn't justify the crime

A little clarification:

-You are responsible for not reading and not knowing the rules in any of the books
-Breaking some rules may not result in a 100% ban
-By not reading the infocentre, you're violating rules: 14. 11. 20.

By reading this you agree to the following:

-If you violate the rules, you may be given a ban, that you can only remove by buying the specific indulgence
(or any level above, but it's unnecessary)
-The 20th rule requires you to read ALL the infocentre books in approximately
5 days, the best way to do that is reading:

1st day: Base, Plugins, General rules
2nd day: General server book, Shops
3rd day: Loans + professions, Great book of Laws
4th day: Loans+ professions, Events and auctions, Courts
5th day: Politics, minigames and maps

You can take more days to read the books, but if the AT tells you to read them, you'll have to read them as soon as possible.

-This book contains a summary of the entire basic server knowledge.
(not citing the things written in the books)

Basic description
This server is made to be made like a "game with friends", not professionaly, but not corrupt or entirely undeveloped.
Its idea is to push (non destructive) creativity to players, and to allow every type of vanilla gameplay.
You can do anything ("normal") on the server, all you need is creativity and a little intelligence. If you just play survival, you'll enjoy it for 2 months if you want to finish the server, you will enjoy it for atleast a few years.
It all depends on whether you want to, because we are a server where everything is possible, you just need to know how to do it.

Seasons
This server is divided into story seasons, that are filmed and published to social media. You may ask to not be included, or to make a season of your own.
*They don't reset the terrain or player progress

Terrain & generation
The terrain and everything about it is as a normal minecraft world would be.
Some custom structures are generated using plugins etc. and are the only thing using custom generation process
-Be aware, some structures cannot be looted by a player without some better gear, it is your risk as it is your reward, the Server isn't obligated to "/give you your stuff back" and the AT won't respect such questions.

History
The server was created long, long ago, it didn't become published immediately and it's unknown when it was created, but it was published 12.7.2023 to Instagram, and 26.9.2023 it was published to TikTok, from where it got most of the players.
But here's a quick recap of the "dark times" (no data to be found about them, except memories):
The server was created by 2 Admins, UnrealMicikcz12 and ferdamimi, this particular world had Micik as the main owner and ferdamimi as the co-owner. They played as if it was a normal minecraft world, sometimes inviting other friends, but it was supposed to be just a friend-only forever world, but ferdamimi didn't like the gameplay after getting netherite gear, so he diverted the players and friends of him and Micik away to his server, which resulted in a conflict in which both sides agreed in the end, but only 2 played on the server again. Until it was published.
Worth noting were three players which joined as friends of some of Miciks' friends: _OriginCZ _NexuS_ bludim1r
a.k.a: the Time Trio who somehow manipulated the games' tick for their gain, with power came great hunger for more power, for which they were casted out (firstly banned, but then put into a "limbo" or a "time loop" with a command block) and they're the most powerful players to walk this server. After those "dark times" there were many griefers whose stories are probably in the historical library (if they were somehow special or worth mentioning). And much progress, before Dr_Galbi manipulated the whole server and kept the activity at its highest, but after he was exposed for the stuff he did, (you can read about him in the historical library) he got banned and the activity went low, for reasons too long to explain in this book..
Then a hope came, he was called "the Quiet One" and that point on are the seasons.

Most shops are located at spawn. To own a shop, read this book thoroughly.

Land Usage

-The more land you purchase, the more responsibility you have to use it.
-If your shop is unused, poorly built, abandoned, or is not being used for selling purposes, the following may happen.
-You may recieve a warning, eventually becoming a fine that increases over time
-If the issues are not fixed, the land will be impounded and resold.
*You will always be contacted and given a warning before any action is taken. *
-Any shop that remains inactive for more than one month may be subject to impoundment.

To avoid impoundment:
-Follow the instructions given by the Mayor or AT and resolve any issues.
-Sell the shop to another player

Shop Quality
-Shops should be reasonably well-built, useful, and presentable.
-Shops that appear extremely low quality, unfinished, or otherwise look neglected may receive fines.
-Fines may continue increasing over time until the issue is resolved.
-If a fine is paid, the shop may be improved by someone else so that it meets acceptable standards.
-Alternatively, the fine may be postponed and continue increasing later.
Regardless of the outcome, fines must still be paid.

Impounded Shops

Shops that have been impounded or abandoned may be purchased in one of two ways:
-Through an agreement with the Mayor or an AT member.
-Through auctions.
-These shops are sold together with any items remaining inside.
-Stealing items from abandoned or impounded shops is still strictly forbidden.

Shop Restrictions

-Shops may not be used as personal homes or bases unless these following conditions are met:
-The build is of exceptionally high quality.
-The shop achieves at least 5 sales in a single day.

Loans and Markets

-If you do not have enough diamonds to purchase a plot, you may:
-Take a loan from the bank at an interest rate of +2 diamonds per week.
-Annex a market for yourself (opposite the land fund).

Purchasing a Plot
-Plots are marked with red and white carpet, along with a sign listing the price.
-If there are no available plots, ask the Mayor or AT member to create more, or mark a plot yourself and request a price.

-Shop plots are purchased through the AT or inside the Land fund via requests.

Pricing Rules

-Prices must be reasonable.
-Example:
"1 diamond for 1 iron" is not considered a reasonable price.

-Players will receive a warning if their prices are considered unfair or excessive.
-If prices remain unreasonable after a warning, the same enforcement process described under "Land Usage" may be followed, including fines and possible impoundment.

-The red and white carpet is considered part of the plot and may be built on.

-If no plots are available:
-Ask the Mayor or an AT member to create additional plots.
-Alternatively, mark a new plot yourself and request a valuation.

-Plots may be expanded in two ways:
-By combining two existing plots.
-By reaching an agreement with the Mayor or an AT member.

Buying From Shops

-Purchasing from a shop is simple:
Take the item you want and leave the price in its place.

-If a single item has a specific price listed that differs from the general stock, then that price takes priority over it.

You can borrow from the bank with an interest rate of +2dia per week per stack, you can also borrow from other players with their system and their interest rate

-The loan is handled on the 2nd floor of the bank, where you write how much you want to borrow and the date when you borrowed.
-In the bank, don't open the barrel that's on the ground floor.
-When borrowing, you can borrow a maximum of 64 items per month you played.
*Refusing to pay after 5 weeks will result in your property will be impounded, we'll warn you about that.
-You must sign the loan books, otherwise they will be invalid

-Only one of 4 people can authorize your loans:
*Owner
*Co-owner
*Mayor
*Bank manager

If you have to handle loans with someone, do it with them
If it is clear that you are not going to pay back, the bank will not lend you anything

-The bank only lends diamonds, gold, iron, emerald

The options of making money as a beginner:
-Offices
Opposite the casino there are offices for many professions, the information is on the left, (when you enter) then you go down the corridor to the corner
HM: The best professon is the laborer

-Markets
2-3 barrels for free, no taxes or fees, just put your price on the sign and sell what you have

If you're new to the server, this book explains how the Government, elections, and politics work.

-The Server has a leader called the Mayor

Mayoral Elections

-The server's Mayor is elected by the players.
-The next election date is chosen by the current Mayor.
-If you disagree with the date, you may request a different one
*If the Mayor refuses, players may choose to overthrow them instead.

Running for Mayor

-Anyone may run for Mayor, provided they:
*Write their name on the candidate sign in the parliament
*Write and give a speech

-If you cannot attend the election but wish to:
*Vote
*Run as a candidate
you may appoint a spokesperson or submit your vote in advance.

Voting

-Every player is expected to vote.
-Elections are usually held inside Parliament.
-Candidates give their speeches before the voting begins.

-Only players who:
*Sign the voting book ("Sign" in the bottom left)
*State a reason for their vote
may vote.

-There are so called "Secret Elections", where only already whitelisted players may participate.
-The winning candidate receives the [Mayor] title and gains several responsibilities and privileges.

Mayor's Powers

-The Mayor has access to:
*Server PFAND in the bank
*Owner's protection
*OP
*Spawn management
*Partial management of the AT
*Rule management
*Authority over the Server citizens

-The Mayor may:
*Remove or modify structures at spawn when necessary.
*Order buildings to be removed.
(This does not apply to personal property outside spawn. Destroying private property outside spawn is considered theft + griefing.)
-The Mayor may also imprison players if there is a legitimate reason

Mayor's Responsibilities

-The Mayor should:
*Manage spawn fairly.
*Manage the AT (including the Owner) to improve the server.
*Manage ministers, Senators, Prime Minister, and political parties fairly.

-The Mayor must not use the Admin Team to abuse OP powers.
-Once during every term, the Mayor is required to verify that every existing state meets the required standards, including:
*Having a rule book.
*Having a government/elections book.
*Having a general book.
*Not allowing certain rules (X-Ray, illegal hacks, etc...)
*Ensuring /given items remain inside their own territory

(See Land fund)

Mayor Rules

-The Mayor is expected to follow all normal server rules
and to additionally:
*Not abuse OP
*Not give OP to unauthorized players.
*Not use commands such as /kill or /ban to avoid being overthrown.
*Not /give yourself items.
*Not grief spawn.
*Not ban players simply because you dislike them

-Breaking any of these rules results in losing the Owner's protection and may result in being hunted down and overthrown
-The Mayor may establish a dictatorship at any time, however:
*Doing so immediately removes the Owner's protection.
*This greatly increases the risk of being overthrown

How to overthrow:

-The Mayor may be overthrown at any time.
-If the Mayor currently has the Owner's protection, overthrowing them will be more difficult.
-An overthrow happens when players refuse to recognize the Mayor's authority by continuously opposing them until they resign.
-During and after an overthrow, everything promoted during the Mayor's rule may be destroyed, including: flags, signs, buildings of worship, other symbolic structures.

-After an overthrow:
*The new ruler (person/people who overthrew the Mayor) immediately take control
Or:
*New elections are held. (Here's the only case where Secret elections can be held)

-A player may only serve as Mayor for two consecutive terms.
-Bribing votes is strictly prohibited and if the Mayor:
*Bribes voters
Or:
*Accepts bribed votes
Then these votes become invalid and he loses Owner's protection

-If the entire election is bribed, the Mayor loses all special privileges listed before, including his role and title.
-The Mayor may pardon punishments up to 3.Level
-If the Owner agrees, this limit increases to 5.Level (Server Enemy).

Creating Rules

-The Mayor may create additional rules and addendums.
-He needs them approved by 25% of congressmen and
50+% of Senators
-These rules are marked "By Mayor"
-Any future Mayor may remove those rules without the need of Senators or congressmen.3
*If no congressmen or Senators are on the server, their function is rather replaced by the Prime Minister and/or Owner and/or a minimum of 5 players

-However, if a rule he suggested is approved by 50% of congressmen and
75+% of Senators
and the Owner,
it becomes an official server rule and may only be removed through the same approval process.

Player rights

The Mayor may remove a player's rights at any time by sending a message like "Removing player rights of (name) @discordname"

-If this happens, the player recieves a "Rightless" role (or the title [!] after their name in minecraft)
*Normal server protections no longer apply to that player.
*Other players may raid, spawnkill, steal from, or destroy that player's base.
*The player may not fight back against players who still have rights.
*The player may not participate in server events.
*The player may not run for Mayor.
*The player may not sue anyone except other rightless players.

-The Mayor MUST make sure they recieve this title in minecraft

Political Parties

-Political party elections work similarly to mayoral elections.
-The election date is determined by the chairmen of the currently existing political parties
-A political party:
*May be managed by one or more people.
*Must have a chairman.
*Suggests ideas to improve the server.
*Carries out their projects approved by the Mayor or Premier.

-The methods used by political parties are determined by the Mayor.
-More information can be found in the Government Office next to Parliament.

Coalition & Opposition

-The opposition exists to:
*Monitor corruption.
*Suggest improvements.
*Hold the government accountable.
*Assist the coalition or one-party government when appropriate.

Ministers & Prime Minister

-To become a Minister:
*The Mayor may invite you.
Or:
*You may apply yourself.

-Mayor or the Premier chooses ministers according to their own selection process.
-Before becoming a Minister, you must first become a Congressman.
-Each minister has an area of responsibility.
-If multiple people apply for the same ministry, the Mayor or Prime Minister decides who receives the position.

Senators

-Same hiring process as the Ministers
-They work along with congressmen to make (and allow the Mayor to make) rules/laws
More info about Congressmen, Ministers, Senators and the Premier in the Government office

States & Wars

-More detailed information is available in the Land Fund.
-Players who own a State may:
*Still run for Mayor
*Declare wars

-The Mayor may declare war on any State for any reason.
*This becomes a Server War against that state.
-A Mayor should not approve a State whose sole purpose is destroying other States, although they technically may do so.

-Any rightless player living in a state is protected by the state's government, meaning they can choose to let him have the disbenefits of being rightless, or they can take him as a normal player.

Events:
-Anybody can hold an event, but there are rules.
-They are announced randomly according to the number of active players on the server.
-Often times, there is a prize to win at these events.

-If you dont feel properly prepared to host an event, you may request assistance from the AT.
-If you would like an event to play, ask the Operator, as it is their responsibility/job
-At events, anything can be /given, except for the prize.

Auctions:
-Auctions can be held by anyone (including the Server). To hold or request an auction, simply plan a date, and put it on the sign to the left of this book.
(the date has to be set at least 2 days in advance)
Items sold at server auctions:
-Confiscated gear
-Valuables/bases of banned players
-Other miscellaneous items that are property of the server and/or other players.
-Players may add their own items by simply bringing them to the auction.

-The Auctions take place in the following steps:
1. Auctioneer will display the item along with a starter price.
2. Someone may offer to buy it.
3. Auctioneer will begin the bid and start the countdown ("going once, going twice... etc")
4. The bid will continue until somebody offers a price that no other players challenge.
*The currency has to be in a form that the owner of the item accepts e.g. Diamonds, Netherite, or anything else.

Has someone done something to you that you can't prove or that is not related to the server rules?
(e.g. you don't want them in the base)
-If you want to sue someone, choose a date that you both agree on, then in the Faculty of Law, on the second floor, write a request according to the book.
-If you win, you can assign him a punishment/task/fine

-You can become a lawyer
*You must have a certificate and a profession
-If you blame someone from AT for the crime, they will be able to impose a penalty of a ban on you (3rd level penalty)

-There is a double punishment for lying.
-If you lie about the "impossibility of your activity", the trial will proceed without you

Summary:
If someone has done something to you that is not in the rules or is annoying you (like spying on you), then you can sue.
If you are on the rightful side, you don't have to be nervous about the trial.
Trials are held in a courtroom

Courts martial
In war there are 2 sides: losers and winners
The losers will have to do everything that is written in the land fund and will be judged for damages in the opponent's state, the winners will then, if they had completely destroyed the state landscape, have to adjust the landscape as if nothing had happened there, they can leave ruins but otherwise no griefed area.

-If neither party wins, it cannot be resolved in court and must be resolved between themselves.
-If you have a war with the Server, the punishments are 2x more severe
-If your ally betrays you, the punishment for them is a minimum of 30 days ban
*If it's high treason (betrays the Server), the punishment is 2x bigger (60 days) again

Law employment options:
-The Faculty of Law has information about professions (Attorney, Lawyer, Judge) and also information about law exams.
After obtaining the degree, you can work in offices or on your own.
-You must have a lawyer degree to participate in court as a lawyer or judge

-Minigames
*Anyone can build them with one rule in mind (they shouldn't look ugly)
*You can charge fees for playing them
*They're in the area behind large shops
*Build whichever ones you wish

-Maps
*Story minigames
*They're supposed to be built in another dimension
*If you want to build/play one, go to the map center
(by the casino) more info there

Casino is the biggest building on spawn and it's the only place where can be slot machines, rouletes or similar things.

How to build a slot machine
-Either you find a place where there isn't a machine and you build it or you will contact the casino manager and handle it with him
-If your machine will be under construction for more than a month you will recieve a reminder and the week of inaction after that, the machine will be destroyed or impounded without returning your items.

-It will be best if the machine is gonna be original it can be build with a tutorial but every machine should be different.
-If you annexed/impounded yourself a slot machine after its owner got it impounded, you must make it functional and playable.
*Otherwise you will face some fines for "renting" the space the slot machine's built on (1 dia per day after a month)

-The casino manager should have a way to be found in the casino, if not, contact the Mayor or anyone from the AT
*You may also use discord to see who is the current one
(might be ineffective)

This book contains the official rules of the server. All players are expected to read and follow them.
Addendums are on the back, sorted from oldest to newest (like the rules).

You used X-Ray to obtain a few diamonds.
The correct response is: Confess what happened and dispose of the illegally obtained diamonds.

-If you choose to hide the truth or lie instead, you may receive a ban or be sent to prison.
*It is always better to confess.

6.Spawn killing

-Everyone knows what it is, never do it.

-For example when they:
*Have no reasonable opportunity to react.
*Can't defend themselves.
*Have no realistic way to escape.

7.Unfilled creeper holes

-Repair damage caused by creepers on spawn
-Leaving them behind unnecessarily damages the appearance of spawn.
(Dirt is cheaper than paying with diamonds)

8.Hate speech (or Harassment)

-Treat other players with respect.

"Would I want to play with someone who behaves like this?"

-Examples:
*Insulting or harassing other players.

9.Diverting players

-Do not encourage players to leave this server
-Advertising or otherwise attempting to move players away from the server is prohibited.

-This includes:
*Famous people
*Server staff
*Other players

-Only with a direct "yes" from the owner can you do this.

-Copying this server, its systems, or its content without permission is prohibited.
-If further explanation is required, refer to the Crime and Punishment book or AT

14.No "Moronism"

-Players are expected to think logically and make reasonable decisions.

-Examples being:
